Investments in automation and digitalization
In 2025, RARA Logistic is investing significantly in the digitalization of operations and the automation of internal processes. “We focus on increasing efficiency in warehouses by introducing automated solutions: advanced e WMS systems, mobile terminals, equipment for fast picking and solutions for quality control. The objective is to increase the speed and accuracy of processes.
We also continue investments in digitalization, with a focus on integrating customers into our own platform. This provides real-time access to data about stocks, orders and transport, increasing operational efficiency and transparency,” explains Ramona Sarbu.
Moreover, the company is expanding its operational fleet with modern vehicles and is preparing the acquisition of its first electric trucks, financed through
non-reimbursable funds.
RARA Logistic recently obtained EcoVadis certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable and ethical practices in the supply chain. In 2024, the company invested in 4 trucks, 6 semi-trailers and 10 forklifts, strengthening transport and handling capacity.
Market opportunities and adaptation to sector dynamics
The logistics market is going through a mixed context – with growth in certain sectors and slowdown in others. Emerging industries, such as pharma and e-commerce, create significant opportunities for development. In contrast, the automotive sector requires adaptation and diversification of the customer portfolio.
RARA Logistic responds with flexible services tailored to the requirements of each segment. With a team that grew from 156 employees in 2024 to 188 in 2025, the company emphasizes professional development and organizational stability. RARA Logistic adopted a proactive recruitment strategy, attracting qualified staff from Asia, which currently represents 21% of the workforce. In addition, continuous training programs and internal promotion opportunities are offered to support professional growth and talent retention.
Business growth also in 2025
RARA Logistic ended 2024 with a turnover of 9,974,000 euros, up 14.46% compared to the previous year. For 2025, the company estimates a revenue increase between 10-15%, supported by the growth of storage capacity, attracting new customers and diversifying services.
The total area of logistics spaces reaches 48,669 sqm, with 88 ramps and a capacity of over 59,000 pallets. Through strategic investments, digitalization and
orientation towards sustainability, RARA Logistic strengthens its position as an important player in the national logistics market, prepared to respond both to the requirements of the domestic market and to opportunities in the region.
Sustainability is a strategic priority for RARA Logistic. In 2025, we will introduce the first electric trucks into the fleet, purchased through a non-reimbursable financing program. In parallel, we are expanding the fleet with Euro 6 vehicles, with reduced emissions. We also recently obtained EcoVadis certification, an important step that confirms our commitment to sustainability, ethics and responsible practices in the supply chain – Ramona Sarbu executive director of RARA Logistic.
