RARA carries out storage, handling and product management activities at its operating sites in Romania
As an operator classified in the SEVESO category – lower tier, the company complies with all the requirements of Law no. 59/2016 regarding the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances.

For transparency and responsibility toward the community, RARA LOGISTIC SRL makes available to the public information regarding:

  • the activities carried out at the site;
  • the measures implemented to prevent major accidents;

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS

RARA carries out storage, handling and product management activities at its operating site in Bolintin-Deal, Strada Ioan Ratiu nr. 3, CTP Park West, Giurgiu County. As an operator classified in the SEVESO category – lower tier, the company complies with all the requirements of Law no. 59/2016 regarding the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances.

IN THE EVENT OF A MAJOR ACCIDENT,
RARA LOGISTIC SRL ENSURES:


  • immediate alerting of the competent authorities;
  • sending warning messages and recommendations regarding the conduct of the population;
  • the types of dangerous substances handled and their characteristics;
  • warning and action procedures in case of emergency;
  • details about the neighboring areas of the site and potential vulnerable zones.
  • rapid information of neighboring areas through the available alerting means (e.g. electronic siren);
  • coordination of internal response according to established procedures.
