Financing investment in the future renewable energy!
RARA Invest SRL announces the launch of the implementation of the project “Equipping the logistics hall with photovoltaic panels to increase the energy independence“, a project financed by EEA and Norway Grants 2014 – 2021 through Call 3.1 Other Renewable Energy Sources. The objective of this project is to ensure the energy independence of the logistics operations developed by RARA Invest in the Sura Mica Industrial Park in SIBIU.

PROJECT FINANCED BY EEA AND NORWAY GRANTS 2014 – 2021 THROUGH CALL 3.1 OTHER RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES

By making this investment, the aim is to ensure the energy independence of the operations carried out by the company RARA Invest SRL. The project provides for the installation of photovoltaic panels on the hall operated by the company in the Sura Mica Industrial Park SIBIU. After the completion of the investment, the photovoltaic system will bring significant savings, by reducing conventional electricity by 174 MWh annually.

The system will provide the company with protection against changes in electricity tariffs and will ensure independence from external energy sources. The green energy produced by this photovoltaic system will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 51 tons/year, which is in line with EU and national regulations and objectives and contributes to the EU strategy to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.

Project start date: 22.06.2022 / Project completion date: 31.12.2022.
