The management of RARA Logistic recently decided to open a new warehouse in Campia Turzii. The hub, with an area of 5,253 sqm, is currently in the fitting-out stage, and things do not stop here.
Ramona Sarbu: „A very important step for us is that, this year, we were accepted as partners in the Pall-Ex network. We will manage everything that means palletization in Sibiu county.”
The company currently operates over 60,000 sqm of warehouse space, located in Sibiu, Bucharest, Deva and Campia Turzii. „The hub locations were chosen based on requirements coming from customers. For example, for Campia Turzii, requests came from customers in Cluj and in Targu Mures”, specified the executive director of RARA Logistic.
She explained that, in order for the activity not to have disruptions, in a first stage, team members from Sibiu will be transferred to Campia Turzii, who will ensure the induction of new employees, and then return to the headquarters. Just as happened, in fact, in Deva.
„We purchased three new trucks, which must be delivered by the end of March. I believe those who made important investments in infrastructure and in a modern fleet will succeed.”
Solutions, based on understanding the customer's business
„We have always followed the principle that what is easy is not good. And we have always moved toward the customer, put ourselves in their place, to understand their needs. We understand their business, we see what we can do and we implement those things that are good for them.
If we were to always stay in our own loop, in our little box, it would be good for a while, but, at some point, we would stagnate”, emphasized the executive director of RARA Logistics, who believes that transparency, which the logistics operator maintains, is highly appreciated by partners.
How, however, is this transparency ensured?
If they wish, customers can have access to the cameras in the warehouse. They can also come anytime to visit the hub where their goods are stored. „And, during negotiations, we explain very clearly what our costs are, what investments we have made or want to make… we hide nothing.”
And in this context, customers accepted a rate increase at the beginning of the year.
„We do not know what the next period will bring regarding cost evolution. We will probably be affected, both us and our customers. We will adapt!”
„We like safety, but we also like risk. I believe that if you don't take risks, you can't evolve. I read that safety is the most dangerous thing in the world. So, don't look for safety, get out of your comfort zone. So we take on certain risks, but we do it with our head!”
RARA Logistic continues to bet on growth, as it has done since its establishment.
„Since 2017, when we have been active on the logistics market, we have kept growing, so that we closed last year with a turnover of 58 million lei. In 2025, we grew, compared to 2024, by approximately 27%. And we will continue the same way”, concluded Ramona Sarbu.
